What we sell, and what we are regulated as
We are a retailer of food supplements and sports nutrition products. These are foods, not medicines. We are not a pharmacy, and we do not sell prescription products or anything requiring authorisation from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
As a food business operating in the United Kingdom, we are subject to food law enforced by local authorities and the Food Standards Agency. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Where a product page carries a nutrition or health claim, it is an authorised claim from the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register and relates to the nutrient rather than to the brand.
Terms that apply to you
Your purchase is governed by our Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and Health Information Disclaimer. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can get free and independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk, or, in Scotland, from Advice Direct Scotland on 0808 164 6000 or at consumeradvice.scot.
Governing law
These matters are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your own courts — see section 18 of our Terms of Service.
