Dispatch

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day. During sale periods and in the run-up to Christmas, dispatch can take a little longer.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not shipping to the Republic of Ireland, the EU or the rest of the world at this time.

There is no surcharge for remote areas. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly pay the same £2.99, free over £40, but should allow 3–6 working days from dispatch.

Tracking your order

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If the confirmation has not arrived within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder before getting in touch — and do check the email address on your order is correct.

If something goes wrong

• Running late? Give it until the end of the estimate above. If it has passed, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
• Damaged or missing items? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the packaging and the item, and we will put it right.
• Wrong address? Email us straight away. We can usually change it before the order is dispatched, but not afterwards.
