Terms of service

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on supplementhq.co.uk. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

supplementhq.co.uk (“SupplementHQ”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Brookline Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17014048, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Our VAT number is 513417813. Our trading and returns address is 86 Broad Street, Glasgow, G40 2BA. You can contact us at info@supplementhq.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms, together with our Returns & Refunds policy, Shipping policy, Privacy policy and Health Information Disclaimer, form the agreement between you and us.

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page when you placed it.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

We sell to consumers for personal use. If you want to buy for resale, please contact us first — we may decline or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, and we may limit the quantity of any product in a single order.

4. How a contract is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it is not acceptance of it. A contract between us is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched, and it covers only the items listed in that dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order, for example where an item is out of stock, we cannot authorise your payment, we suspect fraud or resale, the delivery address is outside the UK, or there has been an error in the price or description. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.

5. Products

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, flavour ranges and formulations are set by the brand owner and can change without notice, so what you receive may differ in appearance from the images shown.

Ingredients, nutritionals, allergens, directions and warnings shown on this website are supplied by the brand owner or manufacturer. The label on the product you receive is authoritative. Always read it before use and follow the directions and warnings on the pack. Please read our Health Information Disclaimer before buying.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund it.

6. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where VAT applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout — see our delivery information.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect an order we have already confirmed as dispatched.

We try to make sure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you. Where a pricing error is obvious and you could reasonably have recognised it as a mispricing, we do not have to supply the product at the wrong price.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers — we do not see or store your full card details.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Unless we say otherwise: one discount code per order; codes cannot be used with other offers or on products already reduced; codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged; and we may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time. If a return takes an order below the threshold that qualified it for a discount or free delivery, we may adjust the refund accordingly — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Delivery

Delivery costs and timescales are set out on our delivery information page and in our Shipping policy. Estimates run from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.

Goods are at your risk from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

If nobody is available at your address and the goods cannot be posted through the door, the carrier will leave a note. If an order comes back to us undelivered because of an incorrect address or a failure to collect it, we will refund the goods but not the delivery charge.

9. Cancelling, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, including the 30-day change-of-mind window and the health and hygiene exception that applies to sealed supplements once opened, are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and your details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.

11. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or extract data from it by automated means such as scraping, mining or bulk downloading.

If you post a review or other content, it must be your own honest experience, must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading, and must not include medical claims about what a product does. We may edit or remove content that breaches this, and by posting you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing channels.

12. Health and safety

The products we sell are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Our Health Information Disclaimer sets out what you should know and when to take professional advice before using a supplement.

13. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive goods which are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; and under Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action, supply failure, fire, flood, epidemic, or acts of government. We will contact you as soon as we can and, where there is a substantial delay, you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet dispatched.

15. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, photography and code, other than brand and product material owned by the manufacturers whose products we sell — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners.

16. Your personal data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy policy.

17. Complaints

Email info@supplementhq.co.uk and we will look into it. If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you can get free, independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk, or, in Scotland, from Advice Direct Scotland on 0808 164 6000 or at consumeradvice.scot.

18. Governing law and where you can bring proceedings

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring them in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. If you live in England or Wales, you may bring them in the courts of England and Wales.

19. Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will tell you if we do; this will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights or obligations to someone else if we agree in writing.

This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce any of its terms.

Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court decides that any of them is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs remain in full force. If we delay in enforcing a term, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
