Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver to the United Kingdom only — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. We cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses, and we do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland or Europe.
Delivery rates and timescales
- Orders under £40: £2.99, delivered within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
- Orders of £40 or more: free UK delivery, delivered within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly may take 3–6 working days.
Dispatch
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed, so most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of being placed.
Tracking
All orders are sent on a fully tracked service. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or damaged orders
If your parcel is outside the delivery window above, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please tell us about an undelivered tracked item within 21 days of dispatch, and about any damage within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographs of the packaging and the affected items. These timescales help us claim against the carrier — they are not deadlines on your legal rights.
