Policy changes

We keep a record of when our published policies last changed, so you can see what applied when you ordered. The version that governs your order is the one published at the time you placed it.

What we are, and what we are not

SupplementHQ is a retailer of food supplements and sports nutrition. We are not a pharmacy, and we do not sell medicines, prescription products or anything requiring authorisation from the MHRA.

The products we sell are foods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Where a product page carries a nutrition or health claim, it is an authorised claim from the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register. Our Health Information Disclaimer sets this out in full.

Food businesses in the United Kingdom, including online retailers, are subject to food law enforced by local authorities and the Food Standards Agency.

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation or magnification. We are not claiming it is perfect. If you hit something you cannot use, email info@supplementhq.co.uk with the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and help you place your order in the meantime.

Intellectual property

Brand names, logos, product images and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. The rest of this website — text, layout, photography and code — belongs to us or our licensors. See section 15 of our Terms of Service.
