Our job isn't to tell you what to buy. It's to help you understand what you're buying.

Why we built it
Buying supplements online in the UK tends to go one of two ways. Either you land on a site with thousands of products and no sensible way through them, so you end up guessing. Or you land on one shouting about what a powder will do to your body, in language that would not survive five minutes of scrutiny.
We wanted a third option: a proper range, organised so you can actually find your way to the right shelf, described honestly, and delivered without a fuss. That is the whole idea.

How we work
Genuine products
We source through established UK wholesale distributors — never from online marketplaces, liquidators or clearance lots. Every item is sent sealed in its original packaging and within its best-before date. Our product standards page has the detail.
Tracked UK delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery is £2.99, free over £40, and always tracked. We ship to UK addresses only.

Email info@supplementhq.co.uk or call 0141 286 4160 and you will get a reply from someone here within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Not a bot, and not a form letter.
No surprises at checkout
The price you see includes VAT. Delivery is shown before you pay. You get 30 days to change your mind on anything still sealed.
What we will not do
- Tell you a supplement will fix something. These are foods, not medicines. Where a product page carries a health claim, it is one authorised on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register — and it relates to the nutrient, not to the brand.
- Pretend to be your GP. We are a shop. If you have a condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to someone qualified before you take anything. Our Health Information Disclaimer explains why we are firm about this.
- Hide the costs. No mystery fees appearing at the last step.
- Keep selling something that falls short. If a product does not meet our standards, we stop stocking it.
