We stock 69 brands and we are always open to more — particularly UK and European brands doing something the shelf does not already have. Here is what we look for and how to approach us.
Who we want to hear from
Brand owners
You manufacture or own a food supplement or sports nutrition brand and want UK online distribution. We buy direct or through your appointed distributor, whichever you prefer.
Distributors
You hold UK or EU distribution for brands we do not currently list. Send us the portfolio rather than a single line — it is easier for us to see where you fit.
New and challenger brands
Small is not a problem. A clear proposition, compliant labelling and stock you can actually supply matters far more to us than how long you have existed.
Existing suppliers
Range extensions, new flavours, promotional support or a pricing conversation — same address, and mark it for the attention of buying.
What we look for
We are a small team, so we are honest about being selective.
- Compliant labelling for the Great Britain market. English ingredient list, allergen information, recommended daily dose and the mandatory food supplement statements. If a product is labelled only for another market, we cannot sell it here.
- Claims that stand up. Any health claim on pack or in your marketing needs to be authorised on the Great Britain Nutrition and Health Claims Register. Products making disease claims are a straight no — see our product standards.
- Traceability. Batch records, certificates of analysis on request, and a named contact for quality and recall matters.
- Reliable supply. Realistic lead times and honesty about what is actually in stock. We would rather hear “six weeks” than be told “next week” four times.
- Terms that work both ways. Trade pricing, MOQ, lead time, returns on damages, and whether you support marketing.
- A gap on our shelf. If we already carry four strong products doing the same job, be ready to say what yours adds.
What to send
One email with these six things gets a decision far faster than a series of follow-ups.
- Who you areCompany name, registered number, where you are based, and whether you are the brand owner or a distributor.
- The rangeA line list or catalogue with barcodes, pack sizes, flavours and RRPs.
- Trade termsWholesale pricing, minimum order, lead times, carriage-paid threshold and payment terms.
- ComplianceSample artwork or label images, and confirmation that labelling meets Great Britain requirements. Testing certifications such as Informed Sport if you hold them.
- Stock positionWhat is available now, and what is on allocation or back order.
- SupportWhether you offer product imagery, copy, samples, promotional funding or exclusivity in any category.
How to reach us
Email info@supplementhq.co.uk with “Supplier enquiry” in the subject line, so it reaches the right person rather than the customer service queue.
We aim to come back to you within five working days. If a range is not right for us we will tell you plainly rather than leaving you chasing — and we will usually say why, in case it is worth revisiting later.
A few things that are not for this address
- Customer orders and returns — please use our contact page, which reaches the same inbox but gets handled on the customer service queue.
- SEO, marketing and web development pitches. We are not buying, and unsolicited pitches sent here will not get a reply.
- Dropship-only propositions where we would never see or control the stock. It does not fit how we work.
