Allnutrition Pro+ Casein

A micellar casein formula that provides a wholesome, long-absorbing source of protein — the one you take last thing rather than first.

Built for the overnight gap

Micellar casein digests slowly, releasing amino acids over hours instead of minutes. That makes it the sensible choice before bed, or across any long stretch of the day when the next real meal is a while off.

Why lifters choose it

• Micellar casein base — long absorption
• Thick, satisfying texture
• Three dessert-style flavours
• Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

How to use it

Mix one serving with water or milk about half an hour before bed. It thickens noticeably more than whey, so add extra liquid to taste.
