Weider Premium Whey

Premium Whey is a blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate with a very low carbohydrate and fat content.

Built for a tight calorie budget

When you're dieting, what matters isn't just how much protein is in the scoop but how little else is. Blending isolate into the concentrate is how you keep the carbohydrate and fat down without making the whole tub isolate-priced — more protein per calorie, which is exactly what a cut needs.

Why lifters choose it

• Whey concentrate and isolate blend
• Very low carbohydrate and fat
• Four dessert-style flavours
• Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

How to use it

Mix one serving with water after training if calories are tight, or with milk if they aren't.
