Weider Gold Whey

Gold Whey uses ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate as its sole protein source — no cheaper protein blended in behind it, made with low-fat milk.

One source, and it says which

Plenty of proteins list a "blend" without saying what the proportions are. Naming whey concentrate as the sole source is a straightforward claim you can check, and ultra-filtration is what keeps the protein content high while reducing what comes along with it.

Why lifters choose it

• Ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate — the sole protein source
• Made with low-fat milk
• Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

How to use it

Mix one serving with water or milk after training, or at any point in the day your protein target falls short.
