Trec Nutrition Boogieman Whey Protein

Boogieman is built on three forms of whey — concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate — in a formula aimed at athletes and physically active people, on training days and rest days alike.

Three grades, one shake

Concentrate is the well-rounded base. Isolate is more refined, with less carbohydrate, fat and lactose. Hydrolysate is partly broken down already, so it absorbs faster. Using all three means the protein releases across a wider window rather than being optimised for one moment of the day.

Why lifters choose it

• Whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate in one formula
• Suitable for training and non-training days
• Four flavours with names that don't take themselves too seriously
• Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

How to use it

Mix one serving with water or milk after training, or anywhere in the day your protein target falls short.
